Yes — you can start free and manage your students, lessons, homework and invoices. Paid plans for larger needs may come later.
Do I need to install anything?+
No — TutorDesk runs in any browser at app.tutor-desk.com. If you prefer a native experience, download the Mac app. Your data syncs between them.
Is my students' data safe?+
Every account's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), passwords are hashed, and files are served via short-lived signed links. We're built with UK/GDPR obligations in mind.
Can parents and students log in?+
Yes. Each student and parent gets a secure portal to view lessons, submit homework, track progress and message you.
Which platforms are supported?+
The web app works everywhere. A native macOS app is available now; Windows and Linux builds are on the way.
